We stayed for 7 nights and didn't want to leave, enjoyed pretty much everything and had no complaints, as the room had a safe box, a sofa bed, and an iron even though we didn't use it.

The apartment was fabulous base for sightseeing in Playa de las Americas, really enjoyed it. I had room with a large terrace. A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were available here. Pool was good. The staff was amicable from check-in to check-out.

Said to say, but there's bad smell in some areas.

Noisy Bar Nearby: The only downside we experienced was the noise coming from the bar located beneath the apartment. Occasionally, the lively atmosphere could be a bit overwhelming, especially during soccer games when the cheering and celebration lasted well into the early hours.

I recently stayed at the Apartment in Paraiso Royal for a week-long holiday in Tenerife. The apartment itself was beautiful, with a large terrace that had plenty of sunshine throughout the day. The development was excellent, with easy access from two different ends. I felt safe and secure during my stay. The pool in the complex was lovely, enclosed and perfect for kids. The pool bar offered good food and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The host was friendly and punctual, making our arrival and departure smooth.

Totally recommend this hotel.

I had a blast windsurfing and diving, and the sun terrace was a great spot to relax. The year-round outdoor pool was a bonus.

Oh, and let's not forget the fabulous sea views. wait, there were none!

In my experience, the property was clean and satisfactory. However, there were a few minor issues like a difficult door lock and non-functioning microwave and kettle.
